In a moment of stupidity and oversight I accidentally set different passwords for the boot and system partitions when encypting my disk with diskcryptor. Windows boots but then immediately loads the recovery manager. There's an option to restore the system and backup the data, however obviously it shows that there is no data to be backed up as its all encrypted. Is there a way that I can unencrypt this disk? I know the password, its just that its different from that for the boot, so the system load stalls after booting.

    Create a rescue CD: https://diskcryptor.net/wiki/LiveCD
Boot from CD and decrypt the system partition, then boot from disk, use the boot partition password. After logging in Windows, encrypt the system partition with the same password.
