hmmm i just restarted my laptop and started firefox and avira was trying to install a new avira 123 add on?? where did this now come from? i never installed this on this computer is this included in a new update or something. i never install link scanners or anything like them and do not want them. please leave them out unless a user asks for it to be installed or at least ask the user.

 

I tested avira free with undetected malware samples and cloud never gave a peep .WTF!?

 

So? Any other AVs can face the same situation. Set the heuristic level to "High" and select all threat categories if you haven't to improve detection rate (and FP lol).

 

Graf that doesnt happen normally,like avira shows they already have cloud in free but that does mean it should be working.I tested IS and did very good.Cloud was working there but in free its dead.

 

Try the "Quick System Scan" option.

Anyone know where full latest set up is offline?, that online one when i update has that cloud thing. Or am i downloading installing wrong thanks

How did you tried to do a cloud scan? There is no direct option to perform one.

 

Hi stefan,I executed the undetected Malware files.They were trojans including Zbot,Ransomware and quite random ones.

Cloud is supposed to be there while execution,right? I didnt see a peep from it.System was compromised with Lockscreen.Avira had no clue.

How do I manually do a cloud scan anyways?

 

Manual Cloud scan were available with quick system scan profiles(On-Demand Scan)
