It's always nice to see the real people and the pictures were very nice. It makes things less anonymous and issue focused.

Yes it sure is as it puts things in perspective when you meet people in person and my head is still in the Cloud! :)

    Thanks,

Thank you but it was Joe that got me enlighten on the future of AV's and to learn on how Prevx and now WSA really works so that I could help other users so big kudos to Joe!

I've got a file I know is good but it is marked as bad by WSA. How do I change this? I can't find it out.

    But I can't. It's a naughty file!

Will you report me to the police?

In all seriousness, I was just looking for an option on the interface that allows me to ignore the file and just carry on. Like all the other four or five major AV softwares that I have, do.

There are a few other glaring inconsistencies in the interface that I can't find my way around.

Webroot seems to be a company that thrives on good vibes and positive vibrations, but the moment you get some genuine support questions, you bury your head in the sand, and hide for a good while, then come back with a couple of quick one liners.

It's ok. I don't really care about your software. I would prefer to be friends, but you know...

I can just go back to the forums I promoted you on and say you are no good. It really makes no difference to me. I paid for your software. I can pay for more.

I was just trying to sort some stuff out.

No they will not report you to the police, but if it's malicious they will leave the detection in place.

Yes if you really want to and you are sure you want to then go here and set to allow when it's running: http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/643/Controlling-active-processes and it should show here as allowed: http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/604/Blocking/Allowing-files also you can add a file to allow from there as well.

    HTH,

I have not heard anything. But there is an issue with Chrome and the Web Shield not showing Check Marks during searches but it does block bad websites if you happen to land on one and all I heard it should be working with the next version of Chrome released maybe on patch Tuesday?

That's normal if it's blocked from updating, in my case VS did and I have 2 as well!
