   I've used several ISPs in my area and always the same:
   
   YT Spools to about 50 seconds instantly and the rest is like 1987
   
   Netflix works fine in general

   Youtube was like that for me two or three years ago, but now it works without a glitch 99% of the time. I'm in Europe.
