Installed. Tested. Uninstalled 30 minutes later.

Opera takes like 2 minutes to load after it's installed, vs 2 SECONDS without it.. That's almost intolerable.. Also shutdowns and boots were slowed - slightly.

    No thanks.

I can only guess there'll be promos and special offers at some time, but I doubt there'll be lifetime licenses.

I have just installed the experimental version...notice that some seleletions are greyed out, i.e exclusions. Not that I want to exclude anything.

It's not disabled. You need to have an "excludeable" event show up in the log and then you'll be able to exclude it. These are typically payloads with filename and trashcan icon that were blocked by Layer3 Application Behavior protection. Once you select one of those events you can Use the Exclude option in case the detection corresponds to a false positive.

The business product is managed through the Malwarebytes Management Console and can also be managed remotely via other 3rd party network management tools through a command-line interface. It can also submit service and alert logs to syslog servers.

Thanks G1111 - This answers my question in the other MBAE thread here.
PS - do you use free or premium...although if one is compatible the other should also be?
    thanks,
    feandur

Now using MBAE premium, before I was using the beta. Have had AG for about 3 weeks now. EAM for a few years. My guess is free would be compatible also with AG.

After installing 1220 i could not even get Chrome to get anywhere. Good thing i saw the post about HMPA not getting along with 1220 and Chrome. After uninstalling HMPA Chrome seems to be back again.

Appguard and MBAE, no conflicts so far, but MBAE seems to conflict with Exe Radar pro:(.
I wanted to try another setup : MBAE and ERP (Appguard uninstalled) and got multiples BSOD :(

I guess things vary from computer to computer. Opera opens lickety-split for me, with MBAE very much present.

    No trouble too with Opera...
My config is the following : Outpost firewall pro, nod 32, appguard, MBAE premium. Run smooth. Some exclusions to do but after, all is OK. One of the lightest config and i think effective setup I ever had.

Congrats to Malwarebytes - and Zero Vulnerability labs ;-) for this great software addition.

Hey mister "Systems Engineer and Security Specialist", you write more or less the same posts in every thread at Widers. Nothing works for you, everything puts your computer to a halt. Why don't you stop toying with pagefiles and the such and leave your poor Windows installation alone?

Or maybe use Windows XP like I do, everything works fine in XP. See my signature, I run everything that doesn't work for you and I'm not a "Systems Engineer and Security Specialist".

how does mbae compare with AVG Linkscanner? I know MBAE doesn't work with Sandboxie, but Linkscanner does.

AVG Linkscanner uses signatures to detect known exploits. The problem with script scanners is that the exploits use a lot of different techniques to obfuscate their code so that they can escape from scanning. I recently read a test where AVG Linkscanner catched around 75% of the exploits used, that's above average among script scanners.
