What happened to WinPatrol ?

I have sent email after email to retrieve my license from Bill . No replies at all . Has his customer service turned to crap over the last year ? I have sent 6 in a week and a half . And nothing . He used to be on top of things . Any information on what has happened with this product ?

Less than 24 hours ago I saw him posting somewhere else.

 

Repeating emails probably puts you back at the bottom of the list with every new email, after 6 emails in a week I would have put you on the spammers list

i think he has a Break or somthing other important in the Real Life.
be patient and "just wait and See"

I'am absolutly satisfied with my Winpatrol Plus.

 

He is working on the 64-bit version(beta) of WinPatrol which is expected to be released sometime this week..

I think the best advice in this thread is to speak to Corrine as suggested above, she is well versed in Winpatrol and I believe is on a real first name basis with Bill.
