tried today, got my key instantly

 

Same, installed and uninstalled in less then 20 mins, i know its not scientific, but i bypassed it very easy on my short test, it missed 4/10....so yea.

What test did you used?

 

random malware samples....downloaded from internet. They where detected later on MBAM + HMP as trojans, not PUP's mind you.

 

Got my key instantly.

 

If this is true then why don't you send those undetected files to their support or on their forum?

I am from the USA, but I haven't received my key. I thought I filled it out when I hit the Red box with Get it now. Is it normal response for the red box to disappear and no other dialog after that?

 

The same thing happens to me when I click on the "Get It Now" button in both Firefox and IE.

 

Seems like they had a server problem yesterday, but who knows maybe it is too much demand for the licenses! I hope they fix the problem before this offer expires. *update* Looks like the website is working again and I have my license key in my inbox!

Hello. Anyone running it and notice a slight slowdown in browsing/surfing? I used it several months ago with chrome, and noticed it slowed my browsing a little back then. I know there have been a few program updates since though. Thanks

 

In the privacy tab do you have "scan SSL" on? if so it's slows browser just a tad bit no big deal IMO as it takes second to make sure sites are safe.
