    I see it now for Processes list, but it still makes sense to have it for Command lines, Parent Processes and Paths, and have a comment section for the reasons mentioned by Kent.

    Just a heads up, don't use PrivaZer it will crash EXE Radar Pro and your computer even in "learning mode" and even white listing everything related to PrivaZer.

    Privazer should not be able to crash ERP, as malware could use the same technique to render ERP useless.

    Good point.

    Btw and just for info, I gave a tried to privazer some months ago and it also tried to make a mess out of my system... Will probably not give it another run in a near future. It does not exclusively~Phrase removed~ with ERP.

    @TS4H @Defenestration @puff-m-d

    Sure, that suggestions are all in the to-do-list :)

    In the next weeks I should start to work on v3.1

    @Seven64

    Yes, another user has reported this issue and I could reproduce it only once. I believe I know what is the issue (not related to ERP), I will dig more in these days.

    @Defenestration

    Remember that a malware needs always to be allowed to execute in the system before it is able to do something :)

    I'll test these days PrivaZer with ERP to see what is happening and why.

    I wouldn't worry about Privazer. They told me I could safely just do the default clean up and it wouldn't hurt anything. What a mess it made. Even after restoring an image I had problems, until I ran The Microsoft boot clean up tool. I wouldn't fool with Andreas, it had nothing to do with ERP.

    Please DO worry about Privazer it has not given me any problems except for the conflict with "NoVirusThanks EXE Radar Pro"
    I do like Privazer!
    Sorry Peter, about your conflicts.

    In this case though I am not sure it's Andeas problem. You may need to back off on the cleaning options until you find out which one is the problem.

    Yes, but a security product should have a self-protection from such a problem.
    Otherwise it is not a true security product?

    @Seven64

    The issue seems to not be caused by ERP (internal code), but I am guessing it is caused by the program used to protect EXERadar.exe (third-party software). PZ seems to probably delete a specific file used by the protector, so it crashes EXERadar.exe process. We have no interest, at least for now, in adding a self-protection on ERP against process termination, memory modification or similar, mostly because it may in some cases create incompatibilities with other software and also because if a process is blocked by ERP, it cannot damage its process. Anyway no worries, we'll find out a solution for the problem :)

    Yes, but behavior blockers are not only meant to protect against exploits. BB´s are also meant to notify about suspicious/unwanted behavior.
    The only reason why I came up with this idea, is because I like the style of ERP, easy to use/configure, easy to understand. :)

    Of course there are plenty of other tools that you could use like SpyShelter and Comodo.
    But the usability is simply not good enough, at least not according to my standards.

    To clarify, I´m not rooting for a BB in ERP anymore, Andreas has already made his point clear. ;)

    HI Rasheed

    You want to tighten your system, add Appguard with ERP.

    No thanks, my system is already tight enough. :D

    I´m currently using Comodo Firewall + EXE Radar Pro + Malwarebytes Anti Exploit (on Win 8.1)

    I bought an ERP license many moons ago. I like it. Light. Effective.

    BACKGROUND:
    1- A few weeks ago I installed MBAM's latest beta of their Anti-exploit program (MBAE). I ran it while I was also running ERP. Result: smooth & fast on all counts!

    2- Being addicted to trials of new security programs, I recently bought a license for AppGuard. I cloned C, then uninstalled ERP & MBAE, then installed AG. Result - online surfing slowed down quite a LOT. (NOTE: my connection is 15mbps fiber-optics broadband but my computer is 1997-vintage, 1.7ghz Celeron, & still on XP).

    QUESTION: If I uninstall AG & then revert to ERP + MBAE-beta, will I have approximately the same protection as from AG?

    You may post about this in AppGuard thread, but there is nothing that I could think of about AppGuard slowing your browsing speed.

    Actually no reason not to run them both.

    This definitely shouldn't be happening. I too have an old XP machine with an Internet download speed of 10mpbs and I don't get any slowdowns. AppGuard is one of the lightest security applications I have ever used.

    Before giving up on AppGuard, it might be worth contacting Support (AppGuard@BlueRidge.com) to see if they can assist. I've always found them to be very helpful. As KaptainBug said, it would also be a good idea to report this in the AppGuard 4.x 32/64 Bit thread for the attention of Barb_C.

    Are any blocking events being displayed in the AppGuard Activity Report while you are surfing that might yield clues as to what could be happening?
