    I am a Samsung Galaxy Devicer, so how to remove this trojan? how to protect against it?

    It isn't that there is a trojan on Galaxy devices but more of a vulnerability(may be intentional?) that could be exploited by NSA and the likes. The modem/radio of modern phones uses a separate OS, which is not exactly secure. I'm not sure if the mentioned specific vulnerability is Galaxy only, but sadly all modern phones are affected by these kinds of vulnerabilities:
