    So what's the most significant change from ver. 2.7 to 3.0? Is it the addition of the kernal-mode driver?

    @kiko78

    Try to re-download ERP from this link (I fixed that bug):
    http://downloads.novirusthanks.org/files/EXERadar_Pro_x86_x64_v3.0_09092013_BUILD2_V15-24022014.exe

    Uninstall the old ERP, install the new ERP.

    Let me know if now it works as it should in Stealth Mode.

    @TomAZ

    There are a lot of changes, mainly: compatibility with Win8.1, improved processes execution detection with a kernel-mode driver, optimized GUI and settings window, new protection mode "Learning Mode", and much more.

    I think this app has potential, I really like the GUI. ;)

    However, for some reason it doesn't seem to work correctly on my Win 8.1 system, it isn't blocking apps from executing, even when whitelisting is disabled.
    It must be some conflict I guess? I'm also running McAfee LiveSafe (Internet Security) at the moment.

    Another problem: the 30 day trial worked only for 1 day. :doubt:

    It works fine here on Win 8.1 32-bit & 64-bit, I suspect that McAfee blocks somehow EXERadar.exe or ERPx64Svc.exe from doing needed things, such as loading the kernel-mode driver, modify memory, etc. I would search if there is an option to exclude that two processes in the HIPS of McAfee IS.

    PM me your email so I can activate a 30 days trial code ;)

    I just purchased a copy this brilliant piece of software, after testing for 2 weeks. IMO there are a couple of things that would complete this software for me.

    1 - The ability to filter events, ie allowed/blocked processes/events ie during last week, 24 hrs etc. I can see the events list and the white list populating largely very quickly.

    2 - Show the user that a particular command line string, was custom ( ie added by the user ).

    Many thanks. i look forward to he future of ERP.

    Even with a non security program like Mp3tag (-hxxp://mp3tag.de/en-) that is possible and no doubt other programs as well. I agree that it could be a nice addition to NVT.

    Just switched over from 2.x to 3.0 (build 15).

    No problems thus far only since running I had to add 7 command lines to the whitelist :D

    Thanks NVT !!

    The updater only detects Release versions and because 3.0 is still beta ...... :p

    Also a reminder for all who install the new version after using the old 2.* version

    Hi,

    I've checked it out, and I must say that you're a genius. Everything is working fine now, on Windows 8.1. :D

    This tool was exactly what I was looking for, hands down the best anti exe app on the market. :thumb:

    It's so easy to use and understand, with a nice GUI. :)

    I do have some suggestions :) :

    1 It would be nice if you could switch between locked down and alert mode with only one click on the tray-icon.
    So when the GUI is protected, you click on the icon, you fill in the password and alert mode is turned on again.

    2 Protection modes should not be grouped, it's unhandy.

    3 You should be able to see which protection mode is enabled immediately.

    4 Perhaps it would be handy to have whitelist option for all executable files in the Program Files folder upon installing EXE Radar Pro.

    A question:

    How to give the ability to Sandboxie to execute any app, even when it's not in the whitelist?

    @Rasheed187

    Thanks for the feedbacks and for the suggestions, I wrote them in the todo list :)

    I will do some tests in the next hours and I should reply to this question.

    @everyone

    I just added now the option to add a single/multiple file(s) or to scan a folder, when you click on "Whitelist" -> RMB -> "Add new...": http://postimg.org/image/qn9of41m7/

    It should be easier to whitelist executable files now.

    I will add the option to remove selected item(s) from the whitelists and blacklist in the next hours.

    I received 0 reports about crashes or similar issues so far, tomorrow ERP v3.0 should be officially released.

    Few more usability suggestions:

    - Double-click on item to open View/Edit dialog (eg. command line)
    - Ctrl+A to select all text in View/edit dialog
    - Export selected item(s) to list file, so you can export/import a few rules instead of the entire ruleset.
    - Wider dialog for Add new command line string - I was going to suggest using View/Edit dialog, but that uses a multi-line edit control which would consume the Enter key, instead of using it to mean OK.
