    Hello,

one of my webroot installation did a System Check.

This are the results in the section Windows updates:

    Windows Updates
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    Auto Update State Disabled
    Update Type Auto-Updates Disabled
    Last Update Check 2013-10-17 09:55:13
    Last Update Download 2013-10-17 10:05:51
Last Update Install 2013-09-11 08:08:21 (158 days ago)
    Next Scheduled Update Check Never
    Next Scheduled Install Time Never

They are deeply wrong; don't know how they calculate this but the only true thing is that auto updates are disabled; the computer is up to date with XP updates, I did them manually this Wednesday.

I strongly suggest something is quickly done to correct this since users could panic, LOL

That's very strange - System Analyzer is just reading the values from the registry. Could you try manually running:

    "c:\program files\webroot\wrsa.exe" -analyzer

and see if the results are the same?

No success as of yet, I may need to get some further detail to dig into it closer but I'm at the RSA conference for the rest of the week so I'll need to follow up upon my return.
