Certificate missing for Webroot Forum site

Just got this message this morning when I tried to load the Webroot forum ( https://community.webroot.com/t5/Home/ct-p/consumer ). I don't remember this being https before (but don't really know that for sure). Firefox is giving the error, not WSA. Just giving a heads up, if needed.

 

I'm not seeing any error here on Chrome and the certificate is intact (it should be issued to secure02.lithium.com). Is anyone else experiencing this?

License is intact and running HTTPS for me in Firefox latest.

 

im thinking this may be a firefox thing i noticed a few sites saying this today. are you possibly on the beta channel there was a update??

 

Could it be because the certificate was just updated today, and Firefox hasn't yet recognised/accepted it? I got no warning from Palemoon, but had to add an exception for FF.

 

The common name is missing in my Firefox Certificate Manager database; DigiCert Inc. is there but the group does not include a listing for DigiCert SHA2 High Assurance Server CA. Any ideas how to add this?

 

Hi guys! Yes, I'm experiencing the same issue! Firefox says that it wasn't issued by a valid certificate authority.

Yes; now that I think about it, this is a Lithium error. Used there stuff on another forum for years (no names but ....[cough, cough] sounds like horton) and this would come up every time they did a certificate update. (heavy sigh) have to wait and see I guess......
