I've read somewhere that the SpyShelter Firewall works in conjunction with the Windows Firewall. Are most of the SpyShelter Firewall users still keep the Windows Firewall enabled?

I use SpyShelter for two years and always turn off the Windows Firewall, you can let it enabled but i think is not needed.

If both firewalls was on, will they argue with each other? or will the rules that set or prompt will be confuse? Will it slowdown computer if more than 1 firewalls are activated?

    I was thinking the same....
Some firewalls will shut the Windows Firewall off....during the install (Outpost for example). Not the case with SpyShelter Firewall.

SpyShelter's firewall can use either TDI driver of WFP driver. WFP stands for Windows Filtering Platform and is the newer firewall platform only available from Vista onwards. XP and below can only have TDI based firewalls.

The built-in Windows firewall also uses WFP as the basis for it's firewall on Vista+, but is separate from any other firewall that also uses WFP.

You can happily run both WFP firewalls at the same time without conflict, although if one allows a packet while the other blocks, the block will take precedence.

Not 100% sure about possible conflict when using one TDI firewall with one WFP firewall, although I have used both types at the same time for a long time and haven't noticed any issues, so I'd say it shouldn't be an issue.

If running on Vista and above I'd suggest using WFP driver for SpyShelter.
