    This uses the same Privacy Policy that LastPass uses, just in different wording.

    It looks like a LastPass clone.
    Has it any real/valuable difference compared to LP?

    May be valuable to cheap mobile users who aren't satisfied with the LastPass bookmarklet (or Opera Mobile Labs extension). But so is Dashlane.

    No mention of two factor authentication, so not for me.
