pity they are no good at dealing with real support requests.

[WARNING: Volvic. You are on notice, I did a search on threads you have posted in and there are dozens of posts with a single line sentence bashing WSA without validating your claims.

The only reason I have not removed this post of yours is simply because the continuity of the next couple of posters would be lost.

Next time you post something like this you will be removed, as in account deleted, period!

People post here to ask questions and learn, or they help people, not 'sledging attacks' for no rhyme nor reason.

Can you tell us what the problem is support is very quick as far as I can see from others and every time I need to contact them?

I'm sorry Triple Helix, but Volvic has been trolling around almost every single WSA thread and throwing out accusations right and left. Even as a Wilder's newbie, I'm growing tired of them. He has done little to explain his issue(s) and has not really identified what WSA has done wrong.

WSA folks here have attempted to help him, but it doesn't appear that he wants help. He only appears to want to bash WSA.

Feel free to do a search for his posts under his name and you'll see multiple posts blasting WSA with little supporting evidence.

(I don't mean to offend anyone; including Volvic. But, the truth is the truth. Mods, if you determine that this post is out of line, please feel free to delete.)

But, the truth is the truth. Yep, post is fine by me Alexhousek.
    Have a nice day :D ~ TAS

No kidding. It took a whole four minutes for me to get a response to a ticket. They need to start taking hours or days like other places. That would make them better, because then you'd feel like they were dealing with something difficult and time-consuming.

I'm only able to order two licenses for the av version. Adding a third one or more results in a http 500 error and my chart is full of Webroot Secure Anywhere Antivirus Software Installation CD entry's.

On the other hand, the US website doesn't have this problem for me..:D

Difficult to predict what business/marketing model Webroot uses for UK?

End of August just gone a 5 seat 3yr WSAC license offer worked out at £4.83/user/yr (inc VAT!). A no-brainer really.....

The WSA IS Complete, 5 pc's for 1 year at $9.95 was a steal...the best I saw over Black Friday weekend! I felt like my wife when she goes shopping: it was such a deal that I would lose money if I didn't buy it!:D
