I just purchased Acrions TrueImage 8 build 763 from element 5, where can I upgrade to build 764?

O yes, I can still not downloading from Acronis site, after pressing the "download button" I get after 4 ore 5 minutes always the same page

I use no fire wall or antivirus programm. How is that possible?

Try a this Link you need to have registered:- Latest build number

You should get yourself both Firewall and AntiVirus Programs.

Beats me, did you put in your email address [the one you was sent the serial number with] and password, then all products you have purchased will be in the dropdown list on the latest Build Page.

To get the again this is Acronis Home Page and a Image to the updates bit:- Acronis

I do not understand, everyting is right ( e-mail and serial number) but I do not find in the dropdone list any update for Acronis 8!

After pusing the download button my modem keeps blinking for 3 ore 5 minitus, after then I get these error page.

Can anibody help me?

I still can not update.

they send me the following registered products:

request to send you registration's password for purchased products:

I have deleted the passwords.

Can you pleas explain this?

Nomaly after I enter my e-mail address and password and then clicking on the update button I must see the above registered products.

I can not find any updates to True Image 8 Yet either - its not on the build list and when I log in - its not there either - so I have to conclude they don't have one out yet.

Thats the same story here.......TI 8 is not in the list, so I assume that means there is no update for TI 8 yet. However, Peter K is correct, that there is a build 763, and build 764 for TI 8. I have seen both, but not sure how you update from 763, to 764. Or what the differance between the two is.

I bought TI online this past Sunday. The download link at Acronis turned out to be TI 7 and not even the latest biuld of 7. I was able to download the latest build. I also sent an email to Acronis support asking how, since I just bought it, I can get the upgrade to 8. No reply as yet.

I just checked my download of the True Image Build, Version 8. This is the same build I am having the SATA problem with. I downloaded under the 30 day program from Acronis in the link then sent to those of us that bought 7 within 30 days of the release of version 8.

My build number (I just redownloaded) is build 764

I emailed them and they sent the link for 8 really fast - I mean within an hour I had mail sending me version 8. Put in you email the exact date you bought it from Element 5 and the date that Element 5 sent you the receipt. I don't think you can give them too much info - but they were sure fast responding to me. LOL I just wish it worked - I am still using 7 Build 613 which works for me.

Thank for the information.

It looks like from what you say above,that they have not updated the Build Number on their Server, it has happen before.

I hope those posting about Ti8 with out trying, will do the same as you.
