error installing MSE

I keep getting this error message when I try to install MSE, anyone can help me with it? thx alot

I have encountered this error many times while updating with Windows Update (Windows 7 x64). To solve this, I have used successfully the procedure described in:

Last week, I tried to install IE 11 and the installation failed, no error message. I applied the same procedure and it solved the problem.
