    Comodo IceDragon is a fast and versatile Internet browser based on Mozilla Firefox which features several security, performance and feature enhancements over the core build. Fully compatible with Firefox plug-ins and extensions, IceDragon combines the freedom and functionality of Firefox with the unparalleled security and privacy of Comodo. You can use any AV & firewall you like w/ Icedragon.

    Privacy of Comodo, I have to question that. :rolleyes:

    Quote from Comodo;

    "Privacy and performance enhancements:

    IceDragon features several tweaks to the core Firefox build to improve both security and performance. These include the removal of crash report and performance data submissions, the removal of the snippets service, an all new update module and many other under-the-hood enhancements. We think this make IceDragon the fastest and most secure version of Firefox around."

    I see nothing in this paragraph about privacy, in fact just the opposite (data submissions). :rolleyes:

    I believe that was the removal of those items.

    Are there any other major changes made to this browser, above and beyond, disable reporting, include website verification, and support SecureDNS?

    @Techwiz

    I don't think there are any fundamental changes,at least not yet.It's more about a few tweaks really.

    I seem to remember that more substantial modifications might be planned in future.

    Thanks andyman35,

    I was hoping to see a bit more differentiation, consider there are so many knock-offs in the browser market. :cautious:
