The file WRLog has entry, "Blocked Website : xxxxxxxxxxxxx."
However, I am still able to connect to website and a Block/Allow dialog does not appear.

It will sometimes block a specific location on the website that doesn't show as a block. For example, if it blocks www.com/stuff/bad.js, you can still potentially get to www.com.

Thanks for the reply but what you are saying would be change from the way it was working a couple of weeks ago, which I don't believe is the case.

Could you PM me the full line from the log? It should contain additional information as to what the block was caused by.

    Thanks!

I uninstalled/reinstalled WSA and everything seems OK now.
    Sorry for any inconvenience.
Looking forward to the new web filter.

Any idea when everyone will have been updated to the new web filter?
    Waiting patiently.
    Thanks.

We've migrated over 500K users so far but are still moving along at a measured pace. I don't have an exact timeline for all users yet.

Thanks for the info :) I know you get that question every so often. What do you think about opening a topic here or on WR Community and keep it up to date on the progress of the webfilter release process? :)

Definitely not. As already been explained many times, the new shield is rolled out based on keycodes, so it would require someone from Webroot who has access to the keycodes database and in the same time has access to the roll out schedule. Nevertheless let's imagine we have a topic about the roll out stages, what it should be stated there? ... the shield has been rolled out to key #xyz ?!?

No, what good would it be to post hundreds of thousands of keycodes every x day?

But with something like " we rolled out the update to another 100k, we improved this and that"

With something like this, Joe wouldn't get a question every day and the topics would not be off-ed with this. You can find questions about the webfilter in almost all active topic in wilders.

The "rollout of new web filtering" thread should ideally function as this. I've stated it a few times that I would keep that thread up to date once we migrate over to the majority of users.

Thanks for the PM - you're still using the older web filtering and the page being blocked isn't malicious, it is just catching part of the page in the background which is what's being removed (so you won't see the full block dialog).

After reinstalling, I DO receive the full block dialogue.
