Good Afternoon! 7anon I agree...that Ikarus is a Superb Product...that the World should Test at their leisure to attest too it's Effectiveness! And I'm sure the Good Folk at Ikarus Value the expertise and input from Wilders Members who provide their input from a World Wide Perspective. And they choose of their own free will to reward us for doing so. Sincerely...Securon

They have been in business now for quite awhile (since 1986) and they earn most of their bucks from the Enterprise sector so a competitive retail pricing of their Home product has not really been a priority.

They used to have an offer for Wilders members where using the phrase "wilderssecurity.com" at the end of the buying phase brought down the price of a single license 50% to 20 EUROS.

Whether this is still available :doubt:

    Hi Securon,

the Wilders Discount was never stopped. IT´s still alive...

Ordering IKARUS via our Online Store and type Wilders Discount and you pay 50% off and can use the Software on 3 PC´s or Laptops the same time.

Web translators are not an option for my online shopping.

Can't read, won't buy. So simple.

Install process needs streamlining, feels a bit heavy, and slow!

Considering this as an alternative to purchasing the ridiculously expensive NOD32.

Initial reaction, system seems modestly slow.

    Let's see how it goes.

    GUI is basic.

    Reminds me of windows 3.1
