I am running Windows 8.1 with two hard drives. The first and system disk is C, a Samsung SSD. I have made a Paragon Boot Disk.
I start the backup process with the Paragon Boot Disk and use the wizard to make a back up of my drive C. All goes well with the back up.
But...when I try to restore drive C using the restore wizard I get a error and it says "hard drive locked, please unlock and try again" so my restore does not work. I do not know how to achieve this. I have never had problems like this when I made back ups using Windows 7 and my hard drive C was all so locked.
The only diff was my drive C was a regular hard drive.

What am I doing wrong, and how do I fix ito_O? o_O o_O

    Thank You
    Arnie

What do you mean the drive was also so locked?

About 8.1: it´s not clear if the argument about it being "a major new release" is a technical or a commercial one ...

About HDM 12: why is it still labeled in the Paragon website as "New" and "Just released"?. The latest update was released almost a year ago.
