I've been a very happy PrivatVPN customer for about a year now. Haven't experienced any significant downtime, speeds have been ok. Love the custom client, getting a new IP is easy and there's no need to install an additional connection guard.

- Operates from Sweden
- OpenVPN GUI, PPTP, or custom Windows client (check the attached image)
- "We use the default openvpn cipher Blowfish with 128 bit CBC encryption. On top is a 2048-bit DH key."
- Prices: 49 SEK ($7.57) per month, 129 SEK ($19.92) for three months, 449 SEK ($69.33) for a year.
- PayPal / Payson
- Plenty of servers (check the attached image)
- Shared IP on most servers, dynamic on some (Ireland/Dublin, Switzerland/Zürich, USA/Miami & NY, Ukraine/Kiev, Sweden/Stockholm & Bromma, Germany/Hamburg, Netherlands/Amsterdam)
- No traffic or IP logging (changed recently, previously they logged IPs on US servers)

The only downside for me is that they don't accept Bitcoin.
