Currently using Norton 360 and its gonna expire soon.. renewal is too expensive..

Please don't recommend those that need mail-in rebate as i'm not from the States...

I'm not from the US too. You can use a forwarders address to enable you to download from amazon digital store.

you might search Wilders because there are quite a few of these on the website including Avast at a substantial discount too. or install free version of Avast and it should offer substantial discount to the pro version in a few days within the program.

Software orders, whether it's Amazon, Apple's App Store etc, generally are final once you purchase and then use your software. Why is this the case? As they do not own the serial codes and they pre-purchase the codes in advance from distributors. Once you use and activate your code, retailers can't resell your activated code. It's now your code, in your name and the one-year activation has counted down from the day of activation.

That's why it's wise to test the trial versions first. There are too many people who purchase software, thinking they can just casually test it, then expect - actually, demand - a full refund, often weeks or months later. We once had a customer demand a refund 11 months in to a 12 month license! Always test the trial version, before committing to a software purchase.

This also applies to boxed software. If you buy boxed software, open the box, use the software, then attempt to return an opened boxed software product, a retailer won't refund - it's been like that for years.

You *can* of course, get a refund or replacement if you've simply ordered the wrong software product and leave it unused. It happens. Leave the order unused, contact the retailer, explain the situation and you can swap it out or refund.

Actually I got confused with the last sentence from your advice kind of, due to licenses restrictions "you can't reinstall the software once it's removed"
