VB 100 - August 2013 results are out

- In keeping with its poor result in the recent AV-Test for W7, ZA was the only vendor to fail due to misses.
- Nice to see Ikarus FPless.
- A VB100 is not a VB100 without one or two freak results, and the other victims were F-Secure and Panda this time.

Not interesting. Hahahahaha

 

They used to come out bi-monthly, but I dunno what happened after the last Oct-Apr test.

Whether you're serious or not, gotta say I don't really put much stock in tests where the goal isn't to do well but just not to screw up something meant to be easy, so it's understandable that some people won't find this one interesting (except for ZA's result, though even that would be because it went hand in hand with the ones of another test).

 

I guess COMODO opts out because of high FP rate.
Avast is FP less as usually.

the newest one available is April 2013 (as of today)
they haven't publicly released newer RAP result.

so what you both can do is wait until they publicly released the new RAP result.

The last RAP test is the April one, and i twas not "just posted".

Looks like they were released on Monday at http://www.virusbtn.com/vba/2013/08/vb201308

I guess it takes a few days for them to update the rest of the web site, or perhaps there is a delay for non-subscribers.
