The email intrigues me as it claims no ads in the free version. I have read positive reviews about Zoho email in the past but wanted to know from people who have used the product an extended period of time.

As for the sites, I don't expect anything incredible but the price seems reasonable for a decent looking template and hosting. Anyone use the Zoho website product?

I've a Zoho email account, and they really do what they claim to do. There're no ads, and they require very minimal information to set up the account. There're various document tools they provide which can be useful for some. I also like their the webmail interface.

But, their servers are in USA, which makes them no better than Gmail, Hotmail et al regarding the information three-letter-agencies have access to; Riseup, Autistici are way better in this regard.

I can't say about Zoho website builder thing as it's no use for me.

I have been using Zoho Mail hosting for 3 year - I moved from Hotmail/Outlook.com through Google to Zoho. Not only is no Ads - its free for 5 users with up to 15 if you refer and one domain - its then only $36 per annum for unlimited addresses (group) and multiple domains.
Its absolute nonsense that all servers are in the US - they have servers all around the world. Just visit status.zoho.com to see all the servers, for each product, the response time and the uptime.
Excellent service - SPAM works fine for me and you can add your own spam filters. Also if some clever phising mail gets through I just mail to their support department who always respond in good time frames.
I have recommended ZohoMail to many many other SME's not one has come back to me and said they wished they hadn't made the move.

I have used Zoho (free) mail for over a year & in that time I have never had any spam or seen an advert. I can even save documents in it (Google Drive style). I'd rather use it than Gmail or Hotmail.

More than 50% of their servers are in US of A, and you have no way of knowing and/or deciding which server they will assign you to. So It's not absolutely nonsense when I said their servers are in USA.

Does anyone know if Zoho free email supports IMAP so it can be configured in clients such as Outlook and Windows Live Mail?

Edit: Just noticed on the website that it supports POP and IMAP :)

I use it but just for my fake Facebook account, thus no much to say.
