    May I join this thread? I am new here...

    my security set-up:
    Main: Avast 8 Internet Security(all shields on + firewall)
    Secondary: MBAM Pro(realtime protection on) + USB Disk Security(latest version)
    Browser(default/faster loading): Google Chrome (adblock plus + ghostery)
    Browser(customized for protection): Maxthon Cloud(sandboxed + Adhunter ON + Norton DNS as proxy)

    thanks for the thumbs up :) is my set-up good? I already tried different products like Comodo, Avira, Bitdefender, Baidu and 360 IS...but after few weeks I came back to Avast 8 IS because It is more stable and I feel a lot safer...

    I'm back to NOD32 v6...beta 7 was giving me some connectivity issues so I think i'm done switching configs for awhile.

    I downloaded it

    and now it changed internet explorer to search using yahoo:thumbd:

    how can I change search back to google


    is this iobit antispyware any good?:blink:

    No, it has been discussed a lot here, and the general consensus is that detection rates are very poor. My own experience with using it confirms this.

    in realtime Online Armor Free with RunSafer mode for some apps
    to Kerio Personal Firewall 2.1.5 + GeSWall Free
    The rest is the same:
    - on demand MBAM, RunScanner, WTF and Keriver 1-Click Free
    - Firefox with NoScript, Bluhell Firewall, BDTL and HitmanPro.Alert
