I had reason to contact support today to do with a messed up new key-code that was my fault, in under three hours I got a mail confirming the problem was sorted - Webroot support is probably the fastest I've ever used with any software at any time ever - Great stuff
The fastest reply I had was 4 minutes (a license keycode problem also) and back in the days of old prevx I had one under 2 minutes. I have never seen anything quite like them.
I too have only positive feedback to give the support-team of Webroot. It may take some time if I send in a ticket in the morning Central European Time (CET), but I always recieve a reply within 24 hours. More often than not within 8 hours and often even within 3 hours.
I have only had to contact Support a couple of times, but in all cases the response time was amazing. Maybe not instant, but within just a couple of hours. Fast Downloads. Fast Installation. Fast Scans. Fast Support. Webroot.
