    I will have to use only signature based products thanks to my wife....
    She goes nuts every time she sees a popup asking her something...
    :p
    Guess who takes all the credit for that...

    Yeah... It's always "You and your stupid AVs! There is no Office on this damn machine!".
    P.S. LibreOffice is installed but she doesn't buy it...

    You guys now have me questioning myself

    Is avast! EMET and K9 enough? I rarely download and when i do its from reputable sources and i always upload unknown files to VT before.any execution.

    avast has good protection and good proactive real time shields too:thumb: and k9 blocks alot of malware too

    no trustport uses their own engine,the bitdefender engine and the avg engine

    It's called boycott fever. Anyways, I've decided to move some programs like SecurityKISS Tunnel and Tor Browser Bundle to a dedicated virtual machine.

    The only reason it sucks because your's and other people tests contain a ton of junk files instead of real malware.Besides,you last tested avast 8 beta and things are changing a lot right now especially with v9 on the row. :D

    Gdata hasnt been doing that good this year at av comparatives and other professional tests.
