Do they have a food obsession up there in Mountain View? The only thing halfway good about this is that the limited edition candy bar is going to be worth some dough a few years down the road when Android is gone and a footnote in computing history. I'll be saving it instead of eating it :D

    Related:
They take food very seriously (along with looking after their staff in general well), free freshly made food all day long is available.

Like the new name it or not, the marketing potential is immense.

    Cheers, Nick

Actually, the days of staff pampering are pretty much done. They've cut out a lot of things they were famous for, including the 20% time perk.

Anyhoo, Nestle has more to gain from it than anyone, short-lived as it may be. I can only hope that 4.4 ends up better than 4.3. I've grown disenchanted with the Android ecosystem, from the OS itself down to the Play Store, which is turning into a wasteland of fly-by-nighters and half-arsed supported apps. The upside is that there are quite a few nice devices available (minus the 2nd Gen Nexus 7 which is having a lot of issues).

I bought a KitKat, tried to put it in phone, it just gummed it up. Still at 4.2.2 :)

If Nestle can convince Google to bundle a free KitKat bar (or coupon for one) with every phone it'd be a stroke of genius!
