    @Overkill

    I used Desktop Hunter and sometimes VMWare -> Capture Screen + MS Paint to edit the image.

    @David

    You're welcome ;)

    @Cutting_Edgetech

    I am glad you like ERP :)

    Andreas,
    will you put the link onto the ERP homepage?
    BTW, those screenshots need to be refreshed to reflect changes made...

    Sure, tomorrow I should add the link in the homepage, I need to update it with the corrections you and other users have sent me and to reflect the new changes.

    I still have to check the rest of the file and send you Part 2 of the corrections.
    :)
    BTW, I was talking about ERP screenshots on homepage, not in help file.

    Hi NVT and all thread-readers,

    I've been trying NVT ERP + AppGuard together for about a week now, and am very happy with the results. I do have a few questions about how best to tweak ERP's performance, though:
    1. Boot Priority: Because I'm new to Win7 64, I'm not sure how or where I can manually alter the boot priority of various processes. I especially want NVT ERP to have priority over msiexec.exe, as that latter process, for some reason, loads automatically on boot-up (which intuitively seems insane to me). Since msiexec.exe is a protected process, though, I easily can stop it from loading on boot if NVT gets there first (currently it doesn't). Anyone know how I can fix this? Or maybe even tweak my services so msiexec.exe doesn't automatically load on start-up??
    2. Command Line Whitelist: I'm trying very hard to combat Microsoft's numerous attempts to make me use Skydrive (the only clouds I care for at all are in Earth's physical atmosphere). Truly deleting Skydrive from my computer appears to be all but impossible, so I'm struggling to tether the Hell out of it instead. I have integratedoffice.exe on my Protected Processes list, but what I'd like to do, if possible, is tether it to any attempts to load MS Word, PowerPoint, or Excel, so that it loads whenever I click to start one of those, but at no other time. Can this be done via the command line options?? Even more ambitiously, I would love to have it set so that whenever I close all the Office programs, integratedoffice.exe also automatically closes, but I expect that's a bit too much to ask of an anti-exe program. Does anyone know if this latter trick can be accomplished??
    Thanks in advance for any help/advice,

    David

    Just suggestion.
    Every time I open the NVT web page it starts from ad for "Smart PC Locker Pro" ,it looks a bit confusing, only then it flips to "NoVirusThanks EXE Radar Pro". Maybe it's better to start it from ERP ad? Because ERP is a flagship product of NVT.

    Andreas,

    I think TOC with active anchors at the beginning of help file would be nice and more convenient way to navigate through...

    What do you think?

    P.S. Do not forget about my last suggestions regarding ERP homepage....;)

    @siketa

    I added the TOC in the help file. In the next hours I will update the features-screenshots too :)

    @davidjschenk

    Regarding question 1, I will check that msiexec.exe startup to see if that can be disabled with the registry. I will take a look at ERP startup to see if it can be sped-up more.

    Regarding questions 2:

    Do you have any commandline strings to post here related to Skydrive execution ?

    It should be doable, but the commandline strings have to be different from when MS Word (for example) is started automatically by integratedoffice.exe and from when it is started from you. Paste here some commandline strings so I can look at them :)

    @Solarlynx

    ERP ad is now 1st in the slider in the homepage.

    Is it possible to quarantine threats in the lockdown modes or atleast have an option available? or maybe delete threats when blocked in lockdown mode?

    I absolutely love ERP, it's so light I forget it's there sometimes but extremely powerful...I have been throwing tons of malware at it and i'm starting to think it might be bulletproof!

    Guys....
    what do you think about this?
    Andreas could make partnership/deal with Kardo about using Crystal's cloud to determine whether running processes are safe or not.
