    Wow, the Bitcoin shakeout continues!

The good thing about this is that, once it's done, we'll know who we can trust, and who we can't.

And that's true whichever "we" we happen to be ;)

I dunno guys, as far as I have read that bitcoin was created by our banking cartel so the NWO can take place. They want to get rid of our currency all together because they can't keep track of everything so rather than push it on people they put this out there for the people to bring it to lite. Remember, if they really didn't want this it wouldn't be. They control everything.

    G. Edward Griffin wrote "The Creature from Jekyll Island" talks about where it came from.

If a German BTC user creates a new address for every receipt of BTC, connects through Tor>through VPN, then sends BTC for washing, and receives them back to yet another new address through Tor/VPN...how in the heck is Germany going to know who has BTC? Wallet on USB, in TC container and all transactions conducted at coffee shops on top of that^?

    What a maroon :D

I'm thinking local buys are the way to go. Never did one, but assume you each just bring up your wallets, hand over the cash, and watch them transfer.

    Anyone done a local buy?
