Is anyone else having problems with the new release? The first time i ran it it completely locked up my computer. there wasnt any disk activity or cpu activity so i had to hard reboot. I tried running it again and it froze on a dll file in system 32. i couldnt terminate hitmanpro and anything i tried to do froze so i had to hard reboot again.

Running win 7 ultimate 32 bit.

 

Same story here.
After reboot a new scan performed, no problems.

Windows 8 Pro 32-bit.

 

My computer still froze after doing this workaround

 

A question: When a new malicious file doesn't get recognized by HMP itself and after upload to scan cloud and no engine detects it, but then a few days later one of the scanning engines has updates signatures which includes detection for the file in question. But the file is already known in the cloud so it doesn't get uploaded anymore and so the updated engine can't scan it anymore and mark it as malicious, so how can the file be detected now?

New build 202 works fine here btw

Every time I try to run the latest version of HMP (3.7.7.202), my Windows Vista Home Premium system totally locks up and I have to reboot. I have done this several times now and each time the outcome is the same. Anyone else experiencing this?

I use Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit

Did you need something dumps or whatever

Any Infos for the fix or a New Release for fix the Problem

My build reverted to 201 this morning after I ran a scan.

 

Mine never even updated.

Reverted to 201 here as well.

The 202 update was yesterday IIRC. Did you do a scan w/ HMP around that time?

 

No, was one of the few days without using my laptop...

 

Is there a link to this 201 version?My 202 version keeps trying to update and then it shuts off.
