wsa and mother in law lol

up till now my mother in law has managed to get infected with every av i have installed....except wsa so far, she has had it installed for around 6 months and not a single infection and she has seen it pop up and block things and she always clicks block when it does. it may flag a few things as being i do find it a bit sensitive but this is okay with me AND her. it has saved me a LOT of time and work. my mom is now also running it and loves that it just runs and she never has to worry about it and also has yet to be infected. i love that i can add their lic's to my account and i can log in and run scans and see what it found etc without having to go over to the pc's to check on things, i love that!

my aunt who was running avast, then eset and others i plan to switch to wsa since my mom told her about it she wants to use it.

I've been running WSA on my parents computer for the past 3 months, and it has done it's job well.

 

Glad it's working well for them. I know how time consuming it can be to manage family, and friends computers for them.

 

Great to here guys real world testing on Mothers & Mothers in-laws as I also installed on my Mother in-law my Brother and his wife and on 2 Niece's systems without any issues as my Sister in-law is a happy clicker and she stays clean and I have them all in My Webroot Online Console. Hey Joe can't wait for the 2014 goodies.

same here 5 user licence spread about frineds and family, the good thing is it does not need too much user intervention, and if someone on my account gets stuck, i just log on team viewer free version and hook up remotely to their computer.
Have been impressed with WSA for the past 18 months.

 

I have WSA installed on my mother-in-law and father-in-law's low end computers and they are yet to be infected.

I do look forward to a more advanced remote management capability as it's a bit too simple now. I'd like complete control of their WSA, right now I only get basic information and I'm left with a few console commands.

As said, I look forward to WSA 2014!

 

LOL.Same story here.My old Mother have thrown the tow too and bought a computer,and of course I recommended that she used WSA (complete),also because she could use the suite for free because of my subsciption.WSA have kept the computer malware free,but i had expected that.

On those additional remote management capabilities, will that apply mainly to the business endpoint or also to the home user versions as well?
