Please go in "Advanced options" section on the main window of PrivaZer.
Uncheck, then check again context menus. That should modify it into "Secure DELETE with PrivaZer".

That didn't work.

 

I use Privazer since it was released but with last 2 privazer versions I have a great issue
Cleaning my SSD drive with your great software and now shutdown time is horrible.
Shutdown time passes from 3 second to 20
The issue is not present apparently in my second pc with classic HD and almost same software configuration
I have a backup image i make before use Privazer (just in case) so is not a great problem for me, only 15 minutes and I return to previous configuration, but is annoying
Privazer is set to clean all entries you can chose from the main gui and I use a previus recorded privazer.ini file and Privazer is the portable version
Pc are 8 home premium 64bit, ssd is a 128GB by sandisk

Someone else with slow shutdown problems?

be sure that Pagefile.sys cleanup at PC shutdown is unchecked.

You've added everything, except what is highlighted above (In Red).

If you added that, the Secure Delete feature would be complete.

Any plans on implementing this behavior?

I have a request to offer.

PrivaZer's scheduler for Auto-Cleans is a great and useful feature.

To make PrivaZer even better featured, i would like to see PrivaZer also add under it's Schedule screen a NEW setting option for it to AutoDelete the windows RecycleBin only!

User could set the time for it to hourly, daily, etc. wipe just the contents of the RecycleBin every so many minutes too?

How often during your course of desktop work do you have to stop what your doing and reach for the right click context menu to wipe the RecycleBin only to have to physically repeat that same sequence several many times a day?

With this excellent PrivaZer program wouldn't it be so convenient for it to perform/repeat that task for you regularly by it's own built-in scheduler without having to rerun the entire clean process again everytime or reach for the context menu manually.

i can't remember exactly, but may be around the time when it clean the empty space.

I like the speed and thoroughness. This is becoming my replacement for another popular cleaner.

I noticed a large cleanup of shellbags using this version. Are you going to continue to support Shellbag Analyzer & Cleaner?

Also, you should emphasize the right click secure deletion as I use it quite often. I suppose I can't mention the other programs that offer this secure deletion but I am certain it will be attractive to some who don't know of this feature. I also like how you have added the option to shut down PrivaZer after using this feature.

Keep up the good work and thanks for a great product. I have already recommended this program to others.

 

I know I've said this before, but even if you don't want to clean everything, the scan mode is an excellent forensics tool in and of itself. Keep up the good work!

Privazer detects lots of interesting folders that I never knew about. Is there a way to highlight and copy individual lines as text for search and study?
