I'd be more impressed if they did it with the actual phone version of Ubuntu, I'm interested in trying it out.
I hope Ubuntu touch will bring the functionality of a full blown OS to the smart phones, more than even Android. I recently got Lumia 520, it,s cheaper but still a nice phone. I like the aesthetics of WP 8 a lot but the OS is miserable as compared to Android as far as the functionality is concerned.
I'm calling fake. I don't know the source of those photos but the Lumia is pretty locked down. no one has cracked the bootloader (UEFI) publicly and even if they had the lack of drivers, firmwares etc. would cripple it. I would be surprised if the display even worked. Until I see source code and video proof I don't buy it.
