Word Perfect to Word Converter ???

I use Word Perfect 8 to create documents. I need to send a file of a Word Perfect document to someone who uses MS Word. I understand there are ways to use Word to do the conversion,but the person to receive the document is not very computer savy so I would prefer to send a file that has already been converted.

Does any one know of a good application I could use to convert the file before I send it?

Can you use something like AbiWord? http://www.abisource.com/

Open it as a WP doc and then save as DOC??

 

The free service Zamzar should do the trick:

They have a paid service which is instant, but for free users, there is usually a 10-20 minute or so delay when receiving the converted file link.
