Licensing policy of Rollback Rx

    What is the licensing policy of Rollback Rx?What is the validity of Rollback Rx license?Do they offer free updates to the version that we have bought(let's say version 9).Do they offer free upgrades to new versions?(let's say version 10). Please explain the gold support concept provided by them for yearly fees.Do they offer discounts for newer versions to the license holders of previous versions of Rollback Rx?

    Normal license: You buy v9? You get free upgrades to all v9.x, but you have to pay for v10.

    They make periodical offers. In these days i 've got 2 emails from them that if i buy a new license, i will be able to upgrade free to v10 that comes in January. And the current price of the offer is $25.

    I 've no idea about Gold support.

    Since Gold support costs 20% of your licence if there is a new version every 5 years or less then you are ahead with the Gold support.

    But the Golden Support is a subscription - you must pay for it each year :p
