ESET Policy Documentation (Round 3)

Background:
The first round of this thread started in Dec of '11.
The second round of this thread stared July of '12 (OP: splancing 'Eset Policy Documentation').

Today the third round begins...

Where can I find detailed documentation on the policy settings in the Configuration Editor? Having to search through the associated client user guide and then 'map' the corresponding settings within CF is not an answer. Tell me that I've just missed the guide/documentation, please. Having come from Symantec and F-Secure, I find Eset's product to be unnecessarily convoluted. It's a great engine and it's fantastically lightweight but I'm questioning my cut-over at this point.

I don't need the flames either. If you don't have something productive to say, don't say it.

Thanks Daniel. No need to apologize. I appreciate something over nothing ANY day of the week. Is there a reason that they've not chosen to incorporate this content into the associated documentation set(s)? I guess I'm just trying to give you ammo to build a case for doing so, more than expecting a direct answer from you. Thanks again.

If there is such thing as detailed documentation about ERAS policy settings, why not to made it public instead of PM to every member of this forum?

Yes, I want to read this documentation too, as everyone who are using ERAS, I think.

 

I would guess that the documentation is not fully finalized and signed off on yet and we are basically getting some kind of sneak peak, though I haven't received it yet so I can't say =)

Still working on a more efficient system of transfer.
