Win32/Redyms.AA.trojan

    Has anyone else come across this threat in their ESET setup? As of 5 hours ago ESET can detect but can't clean or delete this threat. If anyone has encountered it were you able to remove it successfully/ Thanks!

    I personally have not dealt with this trojan but our Business Support team has. It may be a good idea to contact them Online or by phone via 619-630-2400 if the trojan remains. Free support and cleanup can't be beat and the saved time can be crucial.

    Please post the complete record from your threat or on-demand scanner log containing the detection name, path to the file as well as the error that occurred while attempting to clean the threat.
