Sure wish Ilya would come up with a 64 bit version. A person wouldn't need to run anything else at all. DefenseWall is that good.

Thank you for your response. I was about to purchase when I noticed this is the HIPS only, I thought it was the Firewall version... Oh well, I'll have to keep on saving my cents.

 

It's suitable for both HIPS and Personal Firewall editions of DW.

What is the difference between defensewall and say comodo for instance.They are both HIPS .

 

Comodo HIPS is a full blown HIPS that alerts you of everything while Defensewall is . . . heres the quote from the dev.
