    HI Radeon101

    I am not sure you really would need it. You can always export the settings before going back to default, and really going thru the settings isn't that big a deal at best. Personally I just think it would be a bit of bloat.

    I'm talking about the people who start fresh and don't export their settings, Ones that may want to re-access that Configuration Wizard at some point.

    You never know, it might come in handy for someone.

    Not everyone follows the path as we do, I'm just trying to think of the ones that also do it differently.

    Suggestion:
    Menu-Change to Default Settings.

    ERP asks us : Are you sure you want to reset settings to default ? Yes-No

    In case user answers Yes, make another popup:
    Do you want to export your current settings ? Yes-No

    BTW, Build 3 is working fantastic!

    @guest

    Can you confirm that the file msiexec.exe was not present in your whitelist ?

    @RADEON

    I personally agree with both you and @Peter2150, that can make life of beginner users much simpler, but as is now it may look redundant (too similar as the Settings window), we may add a pagination where we explain each option per page, so it will be more clear/detailed and it should look not redundant. I just wrote this in the todo list.

    @siketa

    Added to Build5.

    If all goes well, new version v2.7.4 should be released in few days and then we can release the trial version.

    Actually you're right :thumb:

    I also like your idea about adding a pagination where each option is explained.

    nvt,

    after trial period of Pro version is over, will it turn into Free version (with disabled Pro features) or will it be blocked from starting at all?

    i am not sure where to post this so i have posted it here and in the appguard forum. i have been using windows 8 pro with the media center and for the last few boots windows would appear to hang and nothing would load, so i looked a little deeper and noticed that NVT had been blocked from loading and after allowing things would boot and load as normal.

    Gazzer.

    Hi Gazzer,

    Was NVT ERP blocked by AppGuard ? Generally this king of issue "windows would appear to hang and nothing would load" is appening because ERP was not allowed to do modifications in the system, such as start/stop service, inject its DLL modules, IPC communication with the service, etc

    i didnt look very deeply but as far as i could tell NVT ERP had already loaded (icon showing in tray) but appguard had loaded but no icon showing in tray, but after 3rd reboot (previous 2 just hanging system so i restarted manuallly) i managed to open the appguard interface and i could see NVT being blocked so i allowed it and things were back to normal.

    I would love a trial version of the PRO-version (perhaps a 7 or 14 day trial).

    One start up item EXE Radar Pro can't stop is "punkbuster". Have it on the blacklist, and is still starting according to windows task manager. Not good. o_O
    Sent complaint to support a week or two ago and got a response, and sent in required info. Have not heard anything back.

    I don't use punkbuster but could it be that its service is started?
    Have you checked your startup items with msconfig?

    Have you tried to add ERP to AppGuard's Power Apps?

    Could be, I uninstalled it with the PB removal tool but when I start the game (FarCry3) it will try to auto start up, and I have Online Armor stopping it from running.
    When I wrote to support, he never ask this question, so I would assume EXE Radar Pro should stop it, if added to blacklist.

    Just strictly my opinion, but I own licenses for both AG and ERP and I won't use both together. It just seems like a conflict is inevitable (IMO) and I chose ERP because of the ease of use, protection and rapid development. :thumb:

    I have them both active on 4 machines and no problems what soever. Only thing I did was make ERP a power app in Appguard..

    @Seven64

    I downloaded "punkbuster" and I will install it on monday. From a quick look of your pics it looks like it is installed as a service (note the SYSTEM string under the "User Name" column of task manager) and it may be installed by FarCry as an anti-cheat system (thus it was allowed to execute the first time).

    @shadek

    I should send you a PM in few minutes with more info about the trial version. We are very close to the release of v2.7.4 and trial version.

    @garry35

    Great ERP and AppGuard works fine togheter in your PC too.

    @everyone

    Happy Easter :)

    I have installed EXE Radar Free in Windows 8 with Webroot SecureAnywhere but when I try to open it, I get a "service timeout! aborting..." message. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, choosing "Run as administrator" but that has not helped.

    AFAIK the free version hasn't been updated and it is not compatible with Windows 8.

    @Eru

    You can remove the "Extended Download Service" and the final cost should be 19,99 $ USD, example: http://postimg.org/image/68kvmeult/

    Feel free to PM me if you have other questions
