    Hi
I am trying to renew my licence which expired a week ago I have the original email from last year with the username and password but every time I enter the username and customer name in at the license renewal page I get the following error message
How do I get around this so I can renew ??

    Thanks in advance

You don't need java only java script (make sure it is not blocked in your browser or by your security software).

Actually nope it's telling me I already have the latest java update
    It shouldn't be this hard.
Is there an email support address?

On chrome it's ticked Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)
I can't seem to find the option in IE

Ok I first tried this on my PC which runs ESet antivirus and chrome with the correct Java script option, It was a no go

Then I tried on the laptop which runs AVAST and chrome with the right java script option on, also a no go. The I totally disabled AVAST and now it has allowed the license renewal.

Thank you for your help. It seems to me to be counter intuitive to disable antivirus protection in order to renew antivirus software. Still not sure why it wouldn't run on the PC in the first place surely you wouldn't have to disable Eset in order to renew Eset.

Anyhow all done now thanks a lot :D
