I have Outlook 2013 and I have the same issue as most of you guys. Every time I launch Outlook it does not connect to my folders automatically (Send/receive does not work). As you guys have mentioned the culprit is the ESET Add-in installed in Outlook. One solution that has already been mentioned is to disable the ESET Add-in. There's another solution, if you want to leave the ESET Add-in enabled. When you open Outlook, go to the Send/Receive and click on Send/Receive All Folders. This will force Outlook to connect and stay connected. Unfortunately, you have to do this every time you open Outlook. I hope ESET will fix this issue soon.

Do you mean that if you disable integration with Microsoft Outlook, it's enabled after you restart the computer?

No, I mean opening the ESS setup, navigating to Web and email -> Email client protection -> Email client integration and unticking the "Integrate into Microsoft Outlook" box.

Nothing more than a service build including a fix for this and other things is going to be released ASAP :)

Thanks. Hoping it will be soon. So far not counting this issue I am finding v6 to be the best version since v3. :thumb:

You're welcome Jack. Yes I think it will be released sooner rather than later considering that it has been in the works for a couple of weeks already.

Maybe Marcos can update us on the situation regarding the service build, if it is one or several weeks waiting time :)
