Help me find a start up manager

I need a start up manager with following features:
- ADD a program to run when windows starts
- ability to run the program in the background minimized
- ability to force programs to run in the system tray

 

I was sure there would be no solution, but it turns out I was wrong:

 

Wow, seems like exactly what I needed but unfortunately doesn't work on Windows 7 64 bit.

 

That's a shame. There are numerous programs which let you minimise running programs to the system tray, but it seems that this is about the only one which well let you start programs minimized.

 

chameleon monitor + actual windows manager ?

 

I tried using the Chameleon option to run postbox minimized or hidden but the program always starts maximized no matter what. Changing this option in the shortcut itself also has no effect. Also Chameleon doesn't have option to run program in the tray.
