Like the title says, Outlook 2013 RTM crashes with Final version 6 of NOD. I did not have this issue with RC version. I uninstalled everything and re installed.

I still have the same issue.

Is there a workarounf until the fix?

    Thanks.

BTW, I have an exchange account and 2 pst accounts.

I also use a french software for spelling correction called Antodote But even uninstalled I still get a crash, but it wasn't an issue with RC version.

    Thanks

    Try running

    Outlook.exe /safe

    It'll disable all add-ons

Yes I know, but it's a workaround, not a solution. :doubt:

    Thanks though.

Disabling antispam toolbar solves the issue for now.

    In simple language:
Advanced set-up/Web&Email/Email client integration Disable all 4 boxes

Didn't fix my Outlook. Had to disable integration in the meantime so it's lost half of its functionality.

The issue will be addressed in the next service release. You can disable integration with MS Outlook as a temporary workaroud; email downloaded via POP3/IMAP will be scanned anyway.

    Hi Marcos,

I would like to know if there is a probable update for the Outlook issue.

It has been almost 2 months working with a a crippled NOD32 :doubt: .

    Thanks

See my reply above. It takes time to test about 130 installers thoroughly plus the release must be done in a managed way. Releasing a new version of a product is always a matter of several weeks, if not months. The same goes for risky modules which may affect the functionality of millions of ESET's users.

    Thanks Marcos.

It may test your patience, but it calms my nerves.
