    Hello,

I have used ERA remover X64 in safe mode on Windows XP Professional X64 edition.
I get the following question : "do you want to remove all the entries c:\windows\inf\unregmp2.exe from the registry ?". I said no and it began scanning all the files of the C drive. I stopped there because it was too long.
If I run Era remover in normal mode, I get no messages and all is OK.

So it behaves differently in safe mode and in normal mode...

Since ERAR is strongly dependant on running processes, the results may be different in safe and normal mode.

OK but What do I do in safe mode ?
Do I let ERA remover delete all registry entries related to unregmp2.exe as posted above ?

It seems this file is safe. It is related to Windows Media Player so I wonder what's wrong.

Was the computer connected to the Internet in safe mode? Cloud information affect results as well so with Internet connection, the likelihood of ERAR detecting a clean file should be low.
