    Has anyone had any luck running EXE Pro and Malwarebyes Pro together? I have tried twice on my W7 x64 machine and both times my machine completely froze, and could only fix by doing a hard shutdown, rebooting in safe mode and uninstalling either EXE Pro or MBAM Pro..........Just me?

    The only problem I have with EXE Radar Pro and Malwarebytes Pro is, no matter how many times I try to add MBAM to the ERP whitelist, it doesn't remember it's settings. This happens when opening, updating or scanning with MBAM (Still getting constant ERP Popup notifications).

    Other than it not remembering my choices for the Whitelist and MBAM, they run fine together (No freezes, crashes, etc.)

    @ DBone: I had a problem with my setup in signature but that seems to be solved after MBAM released latest version 1.70.

    @ Quassar: Send PM to novirusthanks (developer).

    @ kjdemuth: 2 processes totaling 24MB (Private working set; Win7 x64)

    Possible bug!

    I'm using Comodo Dragon browser.
    ERP has Lockdown mode disabled when I update/install software.

    The last attempt to auto-update Comodo Dragon from ver.24.0 to ver.24.1 has failed.
    Comodo Dragon downloads update setup file and then it asks you to relaunch (Go to Dragon eye button->About Comodo Dragon).
    Note: Comodo Dragon creates Updater service which is started automatically.

    ERP gave me one pop-up asking if I would like to allow execution of Updater.
    I selected "Allow Once" and it executed/shut down browser which is normal procedure.
    After few minutes I got an error pop-up (1.jpg).

    Then I completely disabled ERP protection, repeated and this time update went fine.
    I also made a contact with Comodo support. They sent me next procedure to enable Dragon debuging:

    You will have to do the following:
    1. Install Dragon 24.0.1 (make sure it doesn't attempt to update by temporarily stopping Updater service).
    2. Depending on your operating system's architecture you will have to create the following keys in the registry:
    64 bit operating system : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ComodoGroup\DragonDebug\Setup
    32 bit operating system : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComodoGroup\DragonDebug\Setup
    3. Add these two values in the "Setup" key you just created:
    Value name=LogsDirectory Type=REG_SZ Data=C:\ComodoDragonLogs
    Value name=LogsEnabled Type=REG_DWORD Data=1
    The setup will add log files to "C:\ComodoDragonLogs" (you can edit this location if you wish).
    4. Start the Updater service
    5. Attempt to update Comodo Dragon in the same way you did when the issue reproduced (through About Comodo Dragon window).

    You can download Comodo Dragon setup file for version 24.0 here:
    http://www.sendspace.com/file/xft4ag

    You can download Comodo Dragon logs here (my succesfull update):
    http://www.sendspace.com/file/j8396y

    You can download ERP log here (Updater=Allowed):
    http://www.sendspace.com/file/d15lb5

    nvt, please check it.

    There is a discussion on Comodo Forums regarding the 24.0 to 24.1 update. It is not a EXE Radar Pro issue, as none of those other users had it installed. I too had the update failure on my Wife's machine and she has never had ERP installed...............Just Comodo doing what they do. :D

    Anyway, it is possible that some code in ERP conflicts with Dragon.
    It is better to have it double-checked so all future colissions would be avoided.

    @siketa

    Thank you for the details provided, I will try to reproduce the problem to see if ERP is the cause of the error generated by Comodo Dragon.

    @DBone

    I will install MBAM last version and see what happens. What other security software do you have installed ?

    @KelvinW4

    From our recent test of v2.7.2 it works very well in Windows 8 x64, I will send you a pre-release maybe today or tomorrow so you can test it in your PC. Other users have reported problems with RollbackRX, I remember you had it installed.

    @Antarctica

    I could fully reproduce your problem yesterday, and I am working today to fix it.

    @Fuzzfas

    That is a very strange message, I will install Exact Audio Copy beta3 and see what happens.

    PS: I had temporarily disabled the purchase of ERP because I had to work in the re-activation system on these days, it will be re-enabled tomorrow.

    Just ERP and MBAM Pro on a clean install of W7 x64, with Windows Defender disabled.

    Just turned on my Desktop machine this morning and EXE Radar Pro Software Activation System pops up saying I need to activate, even though I've already activated it. So, when the screen pops up I re-enter my Activation Code and E-mail address again, hit ok, then the activation window go's away...No ERP. I then manually locate the executable via Windows Explorer, double click on "EXERadar.exe" and I still get the Software Activation System pop up window. I've tried restarting, trying it again and again and still no dice.

    In the meantime, I can't use ERP because of this Activation popup *Sigh*

    No problems for me with activation on Limited account. If this happens just try deleting the EXERadar.LIC from Programdata folder (hidden by default) and then reactivate....that should work.
