Detecting Network torrent

Hi there guys is there any way I can find which user in the network has applied torrent? I can see torrent that I apply on my pc, but i cant see the torrent that is applied on remote host.

 

I am using wireless connection. The activity that colasoft is capturing of the other host is the activity its doing with my PC not with the internet.. Any Help?
