As the title suggest, I'm not able to see the mapped network drives when I open a browse window on some programs. I can see them directly in Explorer. I am running Windows 8 64bit as Administrator. Is there a setting in Windows that needs to be changed? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I figured it out! You must disable UAC in registry. Disabling in windows GUI doesn't completely turn it off. It only turns off notifications. I hope this will be helpful to those with this issue. UAC is an annoying for power users feature!
