Thunderbird Email will not print?

Thunderbird 17.0 stopped letting me print emails. I just set up a new system Windows 7 Pro, Eset Smart Security 5, and Thunderbird was working fine for the first week. Then today I can't print any emails. Everything else on the system will print, MS word, web browser Pale Moon, Pdf, etc. But when I try to print from thunderbird, I get "unknown error occurred while printing". That's it. I have opened it up in "safe mode" and still the same thing. Could it be something with Eset? or Something with Thunderbird? It worked great for a week, I don't even think we have had any updates to Win 7 or thunderbird in this week, so don't know what is causing this. But ESet had done daily updates to its virus definitions. any ideas?
